Hi, so I don’t know why but recently my skin looks really awful and I think it’s a damaged skin barrier. I already cut out one product in my routine that has caused this kind of damage in the past and I thought it would go back to normal but for some reason it’s even worse. So does anybody have any tips or products (that don’t break the bank) on how to heal my skin barrier? Thank you in advance!

Hey, so I just bought this product on a whim and have no idea if it’s any good. So to anybody who has tried it before: was it a bad/good decision and what’s your opinion on it?

Isntree green tea fresh cleanser - opinion?

The price of this ampoule is not very budget-friendly (at least not for me) and because it is so watery the application process is not as easy as other thicker products. Because the packaging is made of glass it is not very safe for traveling.  And eventhough centella asiatica is supposed to improve your skin barrier it did the opposite for me. Because of its high concentration my skin‘s barrier was damaged and I began getting small bumps all over my skin and eventhough it was hydrated it was still worse than before I started using it. I haven’t stopped using it completely. I refrained from putting it directly onto my skin and instead put a couple of drops into my moisturizer and I think now I’m getting the hydration and glow without the bad aspects of the ampoule.

This product has a water-like texture, making it exceptionally lightweight on the skin. Its deeply hydrating formula is especially well-suited for people with dry skin, offering a lot of moisture without any heaviness. Moreover, it leaves a radiant glow to the complexion. Notably, centella asiatica is known for its remarkable ability to fortify the skin barrier, provided one can tolerate its high concentration.

I will never go back to another sun serum! It is not the least bit oily and does not leave a film on your skin like some others but still leaves a glow. Its formular is hydrating, lightweight and absorbs into your skin in seconds. Since it uses a pump, the packaging is very hygienic, not messy at all and very easy to apply with. The sun serum does not leave a white cast so it’s suitable for all skin tones. The price is decent and rather cheap compared to other brand name sun serums. I already bought two other bottles and would recommend it to everybody!

It could be a little uncomfortable for people that don’t like feeling the little pieces of green tea leaves on their skin (wasn’t a problem for me though).

Experience:
I am in love with this cleanser!!! Since starting with skin care I’ve only used one cleanser until now so I don’t really have a lot to compare this one to. But I can still say that I use it in the morning and evening and no matter how long I leave it on my skin for, it doesn’t dry it out in the slightest and actually feels moisturizing. After using a product that damaged my skin barrier I’ve been looking for something to heal it again and I think I’ve found it. Most of the redness and small red bumps are gone after using the cleanser for about a week or so. I have combination skin and this balanced my oil/moisture levels very well. Eventhough it is especially recommended for people with oily or combination skin it is also recommendable for all skin types. Additionally it makes my skin after use feel baby smooth and not irritated at all and hasn’t caused a breakout for me. It is definitely not hyped up enough in my opinion.

It’s not the worst toner but it also isn’t the best. It won’t make a huge difference in your skin and in comparison to other more high end toners it definitely can’t stand a chance.

This is a decent toner and the price is very affordable. It hydrates the skin very well and due to its niacinsmide and glycerin it can help in improving the skin barrier. The toner doesn’t contain any perfume so it’ll go well with people with sensitive skin. It feels very light and it hasn’t broken me out since I started using it. Until I find a better option I’ll stick with this one. It’s definitely worth a try.
