(As an financially-independent pre-med student, I realized that quality skincare is crucial but detrimental to the wallet!!!

Reapplication 🙄 because the hydration effect wears down really quickly (I’ve only used this during the winters, therefore, I may have to update once my experience changes throughout the warmer temperatures)

Tip- Although it’s said (and proven) that moisturizers work well on damp skin, I believe this lies isolated from that stereotype. This works best on dry skin (yes, dry as in skin type and dry as in not damp either).

…oh, and in case you didn’t realize, I’ll repeat: it’s fragrance-free (I have a very sharp nose and I sneeze like crazy with strong fragrances so I avoid it rather than for skin irritation purposes)

Overall, it’s very minimalist to avoid sensitivity or sensitization while also being hydrating enough to avoid adverse reactions or effects from other products. Therefore, it is beneficial for all skin types, especially those who are more reactive to certain products or susceptible to contact dermatitis or irritation from ingredients.
Obviously, these are claims I making from experience. Please conduct your own research.

Ooh… also a little goes a long way. Plus, this spreads efficiently so even a little amount is effective. The other plus point related to this is that the pump application and cap are really good for maintaining hygiene as it closes immediately after releasing the cream to prevent other particles such as dust or air from seeping inside. I also have fun with the pump because I don’t have to use my fingers to get the cream… I can simply pump the cream directly onto my face and then massage it all over my face.

Overview: It was good in the beginning but it all plummeted
-> Occlusives: good if lips are hydrated already, not for lips that already dry
-> Propolis: could lead to cheilitis for some while it could be hydrating to others
-> FRAGRANCE!!! Some people love fragrant “aromatic” lip products but it’s so not for me

NOTE: I used the stick version of this product
-> smooth and radiant for the first 2 applications

It’s pretty much a 2-edged sword. It is recommended for skin with acne.. and may be counteracting for others!
Oh and work it out on wet skin, damp won’t be enough and will cause excessive friction against skin surface.

ZO Skin Health Exfoliating Cleanser is very effective because it contains vitamin e beads, salicylic acid, and jojoba esters which act in synergy to effectively remove makeup and debris from the skin without drying (unless you leave it on your face for too long- you will regret leaving it on for more than approximately 1 minute because it contains salicylic acid). It lives up to its hype. Definitely not overrated!! Also good for removing dry flakes (and for causing dryness and flakiness if you overuse it).

- tint can appear “clumped”
- costly
- wish they had a moisturizing version of this sunscreen

+ mineral based
+ protects skin from flushing due to sun exposure
+ little goes a long way
+ tint is inclusive (accounts for a larger spectrum of demographics and colors)
+ better substitute for bb cream, IMO

- very minimal quantity for the price
- may not be effective in climates where it is too dry

My experience: 
-> For those who are too lazy to read in details, this helps combat dryness, even that which occurs from speeding cell turnover rate through the usage of retinoids and retinol products;
My experience with the Madagascar Centella Soothing Cream is another of a different sort, although I think it will be equally helpful. 
For those who use potent retinol or as thinking of beginning retinol usage, be aware that retinol can be irritating to the skin. Skin that is sensitive will most likely experience itchiness, redness, and/or irritation, especially for the first 3 months, unless you use an intensely hydrating+moisturizing cream. I didn't experience redness but I experienced itchiness because my skin started drying, flaking, and peeling off as if I had gotten a chemical peel. NOTE: This could be influenced by the cold climate/temperature I live in, but no matter how much I used to moisturize I couldn't defeat the white patchy appearance of the dead skin cells coming to the surface. 
Well, ✨🪄THAT WAS ONLY UNTIL SOMEONE RECOMMENDED ME THIS CREAM💫🙌
🥳After that, I have been using this, in-fact in less frequency than I used to use the moisturizer before, and yet, it effectively smooths the skin surface and softens the skin appearance.
