Hard to tell how exfoliating it actually is because there is so little AHA, but I haven’t had to use my other, once a week, exfoliant more than normal so I cant say that it isn’t exfoliating. Also slightly hard to pat into skin, especially if your skin is damp. 

Very lovely texture, very hydrating, doesn’t leave skin sticky. It does have fragrance but it’s light and pleasant and I don’t find fragrance irritating so I don’t mind. 

Definitely not for retinoid newcomers. If your skin is particularly resilient you could MAYBE start with the A Game 5, but you would definitely need to buffer it. Otherwise, start with a retinol rather than retinal. 

Such a strong retinoid in such a gentle formula, it’s incredible. The pump makes it so easy, and it just sinks right in. Definitely recommend for experienced retinoid users. 

This is a very simple formula, so if you aren’t a fan of snail mucin (idk why you wouldn’t be, though) this probably isn’t for you. 

I have dry and acne prone skin, so snail mucin is a holy grail ingredient for me. So much so that I dedicate an entire step of my routine to it! I use this morning and night, and not only is it a wonderful hydration boost, it helps calm down any pimples I have at the time and helps face PIH from said spots over time! I also love anything that comes in a pump bottle because they are so much easier to use. 

I’m not entirely convined this actually does any exfoliating, 0.001% (10ppm) gluconolactone is basically nothing, especially when it’s only on your skin transiently. But it’s still a really nice product. 

Really nice cleansing oil. Very light texture, washes off easily, doesn’t leave behind any residue. I don’t wear a lot of makeup so I can’t swear that it will remove everything, but it does a good job taking off all of my concealer, mascara, and tinted moisturizer. You also get a lot of product in the bottle. 

If you have sensitive skin you may find the UV filters in this irritating. If you live somewhere with lots of sun, go for a PA++++ (four +) sunscreen for more UVA protection. Not water or sweat resistant, so best for normal daily activities, no sports or swimming. 

It’s soooooo lightweight and it basically disappears into the skin. It’s invisible and undetectable, the perfect sunscreen!
