I feel like most products that can help my skin aren't available where I am, tbh products are cheap for people from those countries not here 😭💔

Is Picky international?

I have really dark patches of skin around my mouth and honestly I have tried alot of products, they work just for a little while and then its back to square one. 

The products I've used previously really dried out my skin and when I used a moisturizer it will make my skin look oily. 

Any recommendations? Or routines?
