Hey picky community hope this meet you well. 
I started content creation in January and I’m currently stuck at 110 followers. 
I’m a lifestyle content Creator and I creat quality (you can judge my page for your self -sassyluxci- on TikTok) and my goal is to be a lifestyle ugc creator. But I’ve tried everything shy of buying followers to grow my following but it’s been really slow. 

Every time I reach out to brands I’m either snubbed and the ones that communicate back to me tell me to grow my following, they agree my content has good engagement and they’ll be happy to work with me once I have a bigger following.

I know you don’t owe me anything, but ugc is the only way I pay my bills and train myself in school. 
Please all I’m asking is to get me to my first 1k so I have better luck with brands. 

It would mean the world to me and that’s my Christmas wish.

So I’m new to this ladies and I won a picky community event. I put in my video for appt a few hours ago but write up to this moment, it’s still under reveiw. Is that a good sign or bad sign? 

And please how long does the review take? 
I’ll really love some to tell me. Cos I keep refreshing and the dealine for the event is tomorrow 

I don’t want an incomplete first event. 😭😭

How long does picky review video for before approval?

Hey picky community… compliments of the season. I’m new here but I already love it here…. But I’m a bit confused as to how things work…. Also I’d love if I could get to 2k followers before the end of the year….. I’m at 109 currently…(are we allowed to connect on socials? Don’t want to go against the rules 

So I’d love to here from people who aren’t new to picky. Could I get tips? Or story time of how they grew on the app. Is there something I should be doing on my socials to grow my chances of getting picked . 

Currently have applied for 8 events rejected by 3 waiting on 5…. 
Do I need more ugc content on my social profile? Or do they not count? I’m more of a lifestyle influencer and I prefer incorporating products to my lifestyle vlogs… should I do more ugc content… 

Honestly I need helpful tips. I prefer to put in all I can to increase my effort so I can I did my best
