I’ve been on the hunt for a good hydrating milky toner and or cleanser. What are some of your favorites? I don’t have a lot of experience using these types of products so I would love to hear your input. Thank you!

Milky Products? 🐮

Cons: Although it improved some discoloration and roughness , I didn't notice much of a change in the number of breakouts I was getting. This product might work best for those reintroducing chemical exfoliants and or trying to fade hyperpigmentation from old breakouts.

Pros: Saw and felt improvement in texture and complexion of my skin about 2 weeks regularly using this (2x weekly). Great gentle exfoliator to use for those beginning skin cycling. This was the first exfoliating product that I picked up after healing my skin barrier and luckily I didn't experience any skin irritation.

Again, it has a weird smell. 

Not great for those with acne prone skin. Experienced more breakouts than usual.

Before going into my double cleanse there were moments when I felt residual oil stuck to my skin. 

Overall, not my favorite.

Gets the job done kinda. Removes makeup without any harsh tugging, BUT if you wear foundation or waterproof mascara you might experience a harder time removing it with this product. 

Smells strangely oily. I wasn’t particularly in love with the scent, but others may not mind it. 


Cons:
- The package (lid of the box) can be difficult to open at times. Those with dexterity difficulties in their hands may encounter this. 

- The mask dries out quickly. Its usually best to keep it on 10 min max. The mask is usually dry by 15 min.

-  I didn’t see significant improvements in my skin long term. 



I am LOVING this mask. 

- Very cooling upon application. Feels hydrating and soothing. Its great to pop on in the morning.

- I enjoy using it to prep my face before makeup. 

- Wear time usually lasts about 10.

- Fun and easy to use

- 30 Masks 

- This product alone will not entirely remove your makeup. I recommend double cleansing beforehand if you do wear makeup.

- Thats all!

My favorite cleanser of ALL TIME. Finished at least 4 bottles of this and will always have a back up ready to go.

- Sooo creamy. Lathers up and foams very nicely. Great for those with acne-prone and sensitive skin. 

- Skin feels hydrated after use. I have never experienced any kind of tightness after cleansing.

- Unscented.

- Affordable.

- Very simple ingredients. Great if you are using tretinoin and or experiencing irritation from a damage skin barrier. 

Some may not enjoy its water-like consistency. I would advise those that typically use cotton pads for toners to use their hands and pat it on instead. The cotton pad will easy absorb a good amount of the product.

Incredibly soothing and lightweight. Great for those experiencing a damaged skin barrier or irritation from products such as tretinoin. It sinks into my skin within seconds upon application. 

Despite its thin and watery consistency my skin doesnt feel “wet” after application. Its better described as moist and bouncy.  Easy to layer with, I personally love to apply at least 2 at night.
