Can anybody help me out how to get rid of these small bumps or texture around my nose area . 
Consulted doctor and recommended benzoyl peroxide 2% using for almost 2 months didn’t have any result .

How to get rid of these small bumps all over the nose area .
I’ve tried lactic acid 
Tretnoin 0.2% more than a year (Dr pres)
Benzoyl peroxide for 3 months 
But didn’t go 😑😑
Suggest me a good product to get rid of these bumps 😭
