I love this product there's nothing bad to share.

I was turned onto this cleanser by Dr. Dray on YouTube. Along with using the CeraVe AM and PM moisturizer, I've been noticing that my skin is smoother. It's pretty gentle on my skin even though there is salicylic acid in it. Great results so far.

I love the product. I have nothing negative to share.

This is my favorite makeup remover!
It does have a mild fruity smell. I know sensitive skin doesn't do well with fragrance, but on wash-off products it really isn't that bad bc this will not sit on your skin long enough to cause any irritation.
I use makeup every day for work and this balm removes everything from my face! I use this as my first step and follow with a foaming cleanser to remove anything left behind.
I also do a deep cleanse once a week: I massage on my skin for 1-2 minutes and it removes ALL my sebum plugs.
You can literally feel the grainy plugs on your face after 30 seconds! this thing really removes EVERYTHING from your face.
Will continue to purchase and recommend to everyone I know.
