- This may cause irritation to those with sensitive skin due to its high concentration of niacinamide.  I, personally, have experienced minimal irritation from this product because I used it twice a day. So, I reduced my usage to once daily.

- This product comes with 10% niacinamide and 2% arbutin, which is good for fading post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. 
- The consistency is light and watery. It gets absorbed quite easily, and does not leave a tacky feeling after application.
- This does not have any noticeable smell, which is great for those who are sensitive to scent. 
- Quite inexpensive, I got this for 700 php, which is roughly around $14 for 40 ml. 
- Helped gradually fade my months old existing PIH, and the newly formed ones from recent breakouts faded significantly.

What I DISLIKE about this:

- Leaves a sticky feeling after application and takes quite a while to dry down.
- Did not help with my closed comedones.

What I LOVE about this:

- This comes in a plastic pump bottle with 100 ml amount of product. 
- Consistency is watery with a little bit of viscosity.
- Contains 4% Glycolic Acid and 4% Lactic Acid which gently exfoliates the skin without drying it out.
- Does not irritate my skin. Though others, especially those beginners in acids, might find this irritating. 
- Definitely brightens and smoothens the skin.
- Helps gradually fade my PIH.
- Sometimes feels a bit tingly upon application, which I don’t find bothersome at all.

The Bad:
- Basic moisturizer, might not be enough for dry skin and those who are under acne medication.

- This products claims to be gentle, but I find it to be slightly drying. (My face: oily-sensitive)

- A bit pricy for a 30 ml amount of serum
- Bought this to minimize the redness on my nose area, however, I did not notice any noticeable reduction with the redness.

+ Comes in a plastic bottle with a dropper which makes it easy to dispense the serum
+ Has 76.49% Green Tea Leaf Water and 2% Panthenol, both ingredients are great for soothing red and irritated skin
+ Consistency wise, the serum is watery with a just tiny bit of viscosity which makes this suitable for those with combination to oily skin
+ After application, it leaves a bit of tackiness which goes away after a while
+ No noticeable scent
