I have been doing skincare for a year now but i still have a lot to learn, that's why i'm glad i downloaded picky and i got to see your amazing posts which helped me a lot. 😊
I have a stable routine for a few months now with no product changes, however my skin has been acting up since i'm in the middle of exam season and currently waiting for my results and if i get into university. So basically it's a very stressfull time for me now, causing my skin to get red patches, big juicy pimples and itch in certain areas. I have decided to go on a skincare diet, only using essential products: Double cleansers, moisturizer and sunscreen. (My skin is sensitive, normal/oily with slight pie. I only have pimples when i'm stressed out or my period is a few days away, otherwise it's not a big concern of mine). 
My question is: If i plan on going on a skincare diet for like 2 weeks, am i supposed to skip chemical exfoliation too? Because i'm using it 1x per week normally, but now i'm confused if i can use it or not. 
If someone has done a skincare diet before please help me out. 💕

(P.S: Sorry for the long and unnecessary text and the grammar, english is like my 3rd langauge and i thought the question needed a little explonation but it turned out too long... sorry 😅).

Exfoliating during skincare diet?

Nothing, from my experience it&#39;s  a great product with no flaws.

It protects my lips from the sun, also hydrates them all day long and reapplying it feels amazing. I can only recommend this!

Caused me lots of whiteheads and pimples all over my face, it broke me out horribly. It took me almost 2 weeks to get my skin back to how it was before using this product.

It was lightweight, non-sticky and left no white-cast.

Nothing bad about it, but i noticed it did nothing for my acne scars or pimples but i didn&#39;t expect it to do so i&#39;m not surprised, i thought i would mention if someone wants this product specifically for that.

I love it! I use it for 8 months now every night with 2-3 pumps and there is still plenty of product left. It calms my irritated skin and soothes redness, also for at this price to last this long is a positive for me. ❤

After 4-5 layers it can peel and leave a little white cast.

This is the sunscreen i love to use everday and makes me re-apply it regularly. I feel with this my skin is protected from the UVA&#47;B rays. I recommend it to everyone. 
(Tip: if you only apply 1 thing before it ( moisturizer or your favourite serum ) in the morning then it will work better without peeling. )
