I’ve noticed that there’s almost no negative reviews on here and it makes it difficult to figure out if something will work or not. Usually if I look up a product it’s because I’ve already decided I want to buy it because I’ve heard it’s great from several influencers and I’ve checked the ingredients list and it looks like it’s high-quality and good for my skin type so the only reason I’m checking reviews is to scan for 1-2 star reviews so I can read about possible reasons not to buy it, but all of reviews are 4 or 5 stars. However, when you read some of the four-star reviews people will say things “like this stuff irritated my skin and it didn’t give me any results and I am never buying it again.” So if that’s the case why isn’t this getting a 1 or 2 star rating? An average product should amount to 2.5 stars so 3 should be above average. Please, if you did not like a product give it 1-2 stars so the rest of us can scan for low reviews and read about why we might not want to purchase it. Reviews are supposed to YOUR personal experience of the product, not whether you think it might be a decent product for someone else with different skin. You can always write something like “I gave this 1 star because I have oily skin and it doesn’t work on oily skin but someone with dry skin might love it.”

The product is nice but I wish I knew if I had the old formulation or the new one. I got the sample size so there’s no ingredients on the bottle.

This is basically a thicker viscous toner. It’s a little thicker than I usually like my toners so sometimes I wear it on top of a thin watery toner for extra hydration. The ingredients list is good and I like that there’s no artificial fragrance or dyes. I found out this product was recently reformulated so I don’t know if I have the old or the new version.

I think this would work well for someone with oily skin but I have very dry skin and I didn’t feel like it was gentle or hydrating enough, it left my skin feeling stripped, dry and uncomfortable. Maybe if I used it as a second cleanser after a thick oily cleansing balm I would appreciate it more but I think it’s just not for me.

I appreciate that this product has no artificial fragrance or dyes, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

I cannot find any fault with this product.

I am loving this ampoule. I saw a rave review of it on Dr. Dray months ago and was thrilled to receive it for my review. I love minimalist products and centella is such a powerful multitasker superstar ingredient that this doesn’t need anything but pure centella extract to get my attention. Not only is centella a fantastic anti-inflammatory ingredient, it is a potent antioxidant and actually speeds wound healing and increases hyaluronic acid synthesis as well as enhancing collagen synthesis. It’s wonderful that it’s pure centella extract because I am allergic to so many ingredients like synthetic fragrance and essential oils and it’s so nice not having to worry about that, also I so appreciate that this comes in a glass bottle, the packaging is very high-quality.

My skin is typically itchy, dry, red and irritated but it has felt hydrated, plump, smooth and calm since using this every night. I am really enjoying it and look forward to trying more  products from this line.
