Nothing is bad about it, but it helps for soothing only.

I really love this toner.  I often red bumps, and they are very itchy. This toner helps calm my irritated skin. I sometimes use it as a mask to calm the redness as well

It is quite difficult to wash off if you dont use lukewarm water.

It is my first time using double cleansing. This balm is affordable and help clean the dirt and dust from
Face. I often see the tiny dust and rough things on my hands after balm cleansing.

I dont have any bad experience with this product
