I won the athé lip balm trio, and the touch in sol glass skin way back in the beginning of October. They haven't been shipped, and I haven't received them. Im worried be ause I was really excited about these 2 prizes. Usually it does take a few weeks but I haven't even got the email they were shipped yet. Has anyone else ever won stuff and it not show up or get sent?

Was anyone able to order the Ameli Purple Cushion? I went on at 8:00 am on 6/26 and tried 100 times throughout the day and all I got was a an error page can't be found message everytime. I'm mad because I traded 1000 points and it seems like there was no way to find it on the picky store. I tried following links I got thru emails too they wouldn't work either. It was a broken link. I really was hoping to be able to get it. 😢💜

I have noticed that this toner has a slight scent of licorice but fades quickly, and has a slight tan color if you use it on a cotton round you will see, its due to the licorice root, and natural extracts. No complaints here. I first tried this about 5 or 6 months ago and I had to buy it again. I love it.

This makes my skin feel so smooth and clean. Its not harsh on my skin at all. I love using this in the morning and at night. I love that Tatcha uses clean ingredients. I dont have to worry about what I am putting on my face.

Nothing bad just getting past the slimy texture.

This cream is suitable for all skin types. 
I have been using it every morning now for 2 weeks or so. The more I use it, the more I like it. My under eye area is moisturized, firmer, and tighter looking. It comes in a large tube, unlike most eye creams that give you such a tiny amount for the price. The consistency is stringy, or stretchy, somewhat like gooey mozzarella cheese. But that's normal. I just put a dab on my ring finger tip and tap it into my skin gently. 
I really like this eye cream. I will definitely continue using it especially after I've  been seeing  results.
I also recently started using Coxir Black snail collagen face moisturizer. It's very moisturizing and I am beginning to see  results from that as well.

The color is so pretty and the texture is really smooth, and creamy.  It goes on well and stays on long. It's not drying at all. My lips feel soft, and look great. I really love this shade. 

The only bad thing It doesnt mention how much to use on the bottle. So at 1st I used a lot more than I should have, and it took a while to rinse off. But now I use it sparingly. A small dime sized amount is sufficient usually.

This powder cleanser is moist, and refreshing as a physical exfoliant. It cleanses oil and makeup from your skin without dryness. It can also be used as daily facial cleanser. And you only need a dime sized amount to thouroughly cleanse your face. A little goes a long way. This Green Tea Powder  is effective in cleansing, and soothing. And it feels very refreshing to use. The gentle green tea granules provide mild exfoliation, and it  turns into foam for a hydrating cleansing. The papaya enzyme, and coconut derived surfactant, along with baking soda gently melt away blackheads, impurities and dead skin cells. It cleanses pores thoroughly leaving smooth skin with a moist finish. It helps with uneven skin texture, clogged pores, and oily skin
My face looks, and feels softer, smoother, and clearer. The Matcha fragrance is very soft, not overpowering. I honestly love the scent. It is definitely an exfoliating wash but if you rub it for a bit first with wet hands, you can dissolve a lot of the granules ,and it becomes very gentle to use then. I genuinely saw changes in my skin within a few days of consistent use. I have combination skin, and this seems to really balance it.
