As a person with combination skin, I do opt for gel-typed moisturiser instead of cream-based one. However, I do notice that sometimes the gel moisturiser is not enough for me when applying at night, while the cream moisturiser will clog my pores 😭😭.

Any suggestions for a good moisturiser to use at night that won't clog pores please 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I know that there are a lot of foaming cleanser out there in the market, but most of it are quite drying to me personally, any recommendations for hydrating foaming cleanser?

Foaming Cleanser for Dry Skin🧼🧴

A cheap alternative to the well-known PC 2% bha exfoliant. At first, I find it quite interesting as its bha is extracted from chestnut. Personally, I feel that this is much weaker and is good for beginners.

✅️Effectiveness: still works well, just not as potent as other bha exfoliant 
✅️Texture: super lightweight and runny, great for layering other skincare products

I do find that the texture is considered heavy, and might not suit acne-prone skin.

I think this cream is suitable for skin prone to dryness and redness. It does really soothe and calm my skin especially after sun exposure.  It also contains few types of peptides, which are well-known for anti-aging purpose.The most remarkable feature of this product is the blue tint, it is from guaizulene, which is a derivative of chomile. It is my staple product to minimize the irritation and redness when I am using retinol.

I really love this gentle milk cleanser. The texture is good and it is such a good moisturizing cleanser especially when I am experiencing dryness or sensitive situation.

I think this product is very suitable for me.

This ampoule just came in time as I had just run out of my hyaluronic serum! This has a lightweight but slightly viscous texture, my skin just feels plump and glowy after using it. The softness and smoothes that it brings are great to prepare my skin for makeup. It is great to pair it with a hydrating toner or essence as hyaluronic acid will draw in moisture to the skin. Or else our skin might end up drying. This serum does contain calming ingredients such as panthenol and allantoin to soothe the skin.

Main Ingredients:

Personal Thoughts: 
This serum has become an essential part of my morning skincare routine. The texture of the serum is slightly viscious but dense into the skin quickly, leaving the skin velvety and nourished. It has a herbal scent that is subtle and might not be appreciated by many (including myself). Upon application, it feels silky-smooth and visibly plumped, providing an instant burst of hydration. I am glad with the plastic packaging but unsure with the amble bottle.

I love that this serum contains a high concentration of licorice water, as it has made a slight difference in my complexion over two-week usage. It pairs well with sunscreen without pilling. The addition of pine bark extract and white eggplant extract provides antioxidant benefits and helps improve the overall health of my skin.

Overall, the serum is a good addition to any skincare routine, especially for those looking to even out skin tone and achieve a more radiant complexion and people sensitive to vitamin c. I recommend it for its sustainable plastic bottle, lightweight texture and also the noticeable results (vary depending on individual skin responses).
