Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a good cruelty free korean product with kojic acid to target the discoloration around my mouth area. I've also tried hydroquinone last year and it damaged my skin.

Anyone tried the Nineless kojic acid serum or the APLB newly launched kojic acid serum?

After trying numerous moisturizers, I decided to give this a try after seeing a few tiktok videos, yes this is definitely botox in a jar. I noticed an improvement in my smile lines and my skin felt a lot more hydrated (I have dry and dehydrated skin). It absorbs into the skin quickly while still providing moisture and hydration, it doesn't leave a greasy film or residue on the skin. My skin usually feels tight and uncomfortable, while using this moisturizer I didn't experience any tightness.

I don't have anything bad to say about this product, as mentioned, my serum oxidized quite quickly but that's because I had it in the bathroom where it was exposed to sunlight.

Great serum for darks spots and hyperpigmentation, I noticed a difference just after 4 days of use. I broke out after threading, and it left some unpleasant dark marks (well I was also picking at the pimples), this serum not only brightened my overall complexion, but it lightened the dark spots, I also have stubborn hyperpigmentation on my forehead and this is the only serum (I've even tried hydroquinone which damaged my skin) that actually helped, certainly not an overnight change but with continous use there was definitely a difference. Please keep the serum away from sunlight, mine oxidized pretty quickly because I had it exposed to sunlight.

Personally I didn't find anything negative, however if you have sensitive skin it would be wise to patch test first since it contains essential oils.

I purchased this products from Olive Young while in Korea, it was the last item left for this particular product line, so I just assumed it must be good, turns out, it actually is. My skin is dry and dehydrated and this toner pad really helped provide a lot of hydration, my skin felt very soft and seemed brighter after application. I've noticed that it calms my skin down when it's irritated, I ran out of my favorite korean moisturizer so my skin feels really tight, and this is the reason why i know this product works, it helped provide a lot of relief. I use it mostly in my night time routine, my skin feels super soft the next morning, it also contains Chamomile and Azulene. Overall I would definitely repurchase.
