Has Picky replied to any of you by email?😢 I have written 6 emails in total for two weeks about a situation that is happening to me that is completely out of my hands and I have not received any response 😭

I have always been responsible with my reviews, but on this occasion the products were sent to me on November 4th from Korea! with a deadline of November 15th (????) 😖and my products arrived just 1 day before the deadline😭. Very little time to make a review and properly test the products, and the shipping time for the review was not taken into account. I do not think it is fair that my account is penalized for something that is beyond my control.😭

So I kindly asked in the email for a longer time extension to be able to try the products, since only 7 days of extension that the review form gives is very little to try skincare products and see some results, but I have not received any response😭

PickyI really need your help please😢 since a situation is happening that is completely out of my hands🩷🙏🏻

Why doesn’t Picky respond to support emails?

I'm so upset, nothing's been resolved. I feel like Picky is making fun of me every time they reply and doesn't address the real issue. I still can't upload my video for approval because a blank square appears😔. Is it so difficult to understand and resolve? How do they expect me to submit my content if the app error won't let me? There's only today until a giveaway ends and I haven't been able to upload anything because of the app error.

I've sent countless screenshots and screen recording to the email. I've been writing to the email for over a week now, l've sent over 8 screenshots and 2 screen recording and they're responding with something completely different!!!! I feel like they're making fun of me

I don't know what else to do or write so Picky can help me😭

Can anyone help me please? I wrote to Picky's support email a week ago but I haven't received a concrete answer and I'm very worried!

I noticed the very sudden change in the deadline for the I'M FROM giveaway, before it was until November 29th but now it was changed to November 15th 😅 and the giveaway announced the winners on October 25th, why was the deadline reduced? I think that to give an honest review you should be able to try the product with time 💗 since I also won another giveaway (DR.G) where the winners were announced on the same day (October 25th) and that one does have the date until November 29th.

I had not yet received information about the tracking number until November 6th and I just tracked the tracking number that they just provided me  and I noticed that the products were sent very recently, just a few days ago.
The deadline for this giveaway was until November 29 but it was reduced to November 15 as I said in my previous email

I would not like for my account to be affected by something that’s out of my hands🥲 Also, most of the time, USPS tends to take a longggg time to deliver packages, which should be taken into account. 

And now there are only 4 days left to upload the review without having tested the products in time and without having them in my hands because the deadline was reduced😢And the products haven't even arrived yet…

For me it’s the best sunscreen for sensitive and combination skin, feels like a serum, the formula it’s amazing! Super lightweight and no whitecast ! 

AMAZIIING, the best toner/essence I tried!! Perfect for irritation, soothes irritated skin, hydrate very well and is perfect for oily skin 

I love the formula; it absorbs really well into the skin! It's incredible for oily skin and is one of the best vitamin C serums I've tried. The results are very fast.

Love the calming effect, no whitecast and it’s a very lightweight formula! But I think this sunscreen it’s better for dry skin and not for oily or combination
