If you’re looking for something to remove mascara or eyeliner, this is definitely not it—keep it away from your eye area!

I’ve been using the Torriden Dive-In Toner for several months now, and it has completely changed my skin’s hydration levels. Unlike other toners that just sit on top of the skin, this one sinks in instantly.

The biggest 'con' is the smell. Several reviewers (and I agree) think it smells a bit like hair perm solution or salon chemicals. It fades quickly, but it’s definitely there.
