Hey guys.

I’ve always had oily skin and it gets worse during my period. Is it safe and beneficial to cleanse my face more than two times during my period? Should I reapply serums I use in the morning? Which serums should I be wary of if I reapply? Is there any other concerns about washing my face 3 times a day?

Hey guys,

I was thinking about getting a toner, specifically the toner below. It does have exfoliants in it, so it makes me wary of how often I should use it. Should I use this toner daily? Should I limit the use of it because it has exfoliants in it? What would you guys recommend from personal experience? I would love to hear your thoughts and feelings about this.

Toner and Exfoliants

Hey guys,

Most of us have heard of the well know vitamin A and C, but what is vitamin E? I’ve heard it mentioned a couple of times while scrolling through the Instagram feed, but does it actually benefit the skin? Would it be worth it to invest into a good vitamin E serum or tablets? Does anyone have personal experience with it and has seen improvement in their skin? I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.

Its left a very intense white cast. It was also very difficult to spread on the face and after two minutes of smearing this protect on my face, it still wasn’t even. I also felt some slight stinging on my upper lip, which tends to be the most sensitive part of my skin.

I loved the ingredient list for this sunscreen. It made me feel very protected and didn’t leave me oily.

This felt very greasy and heavy on my skin. One of my friends actuallu pointed out about how greasy my face looked. I would reccommend using it as a body sunscreen instead.

This sunscreen made me feel very protected and I always knew it was there. It left a very little white cast.

The matte finish may intimidate some people that are looking for a glowy finish. It also would be very drying to people with dry skin. As mentioned before, the skin tone may not be for everyone.

I loved this product. It was very matte and suited my skin. It didnt make me feel or look oily. Second applications applied very nicely to the skin. Its also realy nice for people that have glasses. Multiple sunscreens have pooled in areas where my glasses touch the bridge of my nose and tend to leave an awkward white spot. The tint also matched my skin tone but I would forewarn people that dont have a medium tone skin.

The negative is that it can be very drying. I would reccomend using a hydrating moisturizer afterwards, even if you have oily skin. This can also be abrasive for sensitive skin. Redness is normal with this mask, but it shouldn’t last longer than 30 minutes. The mask can also be messy.

This is a very cost effective mask and can be used for multiple purposes. I found that it made rough skin very smooth. I’ve used it on my face, stomach, knees, and heals, and saw significant improvement in every area. I would reccomend to use vinegar while mixing. To match the pH of the skin, Dr. Shah and Dr. Maxfield reccomend 1 part apple cider vinegar and 4 parts water. I have oily skin and found that my skin was normal the following day.

The con to this sunsceen is that it leaves a heavy white cast. It does dark more with time, but there still is a noticiable white cast. I post a couple of pictures of the application from first application to 10 mins afterwards.

I really liked this product and I couldn’t feel it on my skin. The reapplication also went on really well. It was weightless and didn’t have a greasy feeling for me. I know many others disagree but I loved the feel of thus sunscreen
