Get rid hyperpigmentation

I recently started on tretinoin and use it once a week (on weeks 3 now). My skin start to become flaky but fortunately no breakout yet just occasionally 1 or 2 pimples and recovered fast.
I wanna change my moisturizer and i have two products in mind which fit my budget 
My skin originally oily, becime dry and redneess after tretinoin
which one should i get?

I started tretinoin for my hyperpigmentation 3 weeks ago and i just use it once a week(monday night). But at 2nd week, i used cosrx bha power liquid two days later and next morning my skin become dry and start to peel (like soft one,only visible when i apply sunscreen)
I have never be a dry skin type and dont know what product (serum/toner/essence) to help with it.
This week i only use cosrx galactomyces,  propolis serum, and oil free moisturizer from cosrx
Can you help to reccomend me others product to help since my skin still feel dry inside but not peeling anymore

My first exfoliator! Really help with clogged pore and texture on my oily skin! 

Never use this at morning cz it stain your skin a bit but easily wash off with face wash

The best oil-serum out there! I prefer to use this at night and this really help my acne scar over time

Nothing but i just wanna try other ingredients for hyperpigmentation 

My first niacinamide skincare! Works on my acne scar and combine this with herb origin serum works wonders on my skin.
