Hello! I’m Bel and I suffer from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)! I have my standard go-tos but I’ve been wanting to try out new serums 🙌🏻 Any brightening serums with soothing ingredients is a plus 👌🏻

What are your recommendations to combat redness in oily skin? My skin has been a bit red lately and I’m looking into switching up my skincare routine a little bit. Centella is my go-to to help soothe redness so here are some of my favourite centella products that helped me in my redness journeyyyy

Calming redness for oily skin

I’m pretty sure everyone has used a sheet mask before and sheet masks comes in different types. (I believe there’s toner, essence, ampoule sheet masks and maybe there’s more!) Do you change the sequence of when you use your sheet mask in your routine or do you always use it after applying serums? Need some advice because I just bought lululun’s toner mask and I don’t know if I should use it in the toner step or mask step!

What I didn&#39;t like 🍯
- Not a con but I can&#39;t say much on the effectiveness of this serum for wrinkles as I&#39;m still in my early twenties.
- I wasn&#39;t able to spot much calming effects from this serum, it&#39;s more of a nutrition serum, rather than a calming serum in my opinion.

Ingredients 🌟
- 70% Propolis Extract: calming and nourishing properties.
- 12% Hippopae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract (Sea Buckthorn Fruit): Brightening properties. It contains several vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This fruit has a high vitamin C content and high concentrations of cartenoids.
- Centella  Asiatica Extract: Calming and soothing properties.
- Niacinamide: many benefits! Iunik highlights its brightening properties in this serum.
- Adenosine: Revitalizing and anti-wrinkle care.

What I liked 🐝
- I used this serum consistency everyday in the AM for 6 weeks. After the 3rd to 4th week, I started noticing an improvement in the brightness of my skin. There was a reduction in the appearance of my hyperpigmentation as well. On days when I woke up with irritated and red skin, the serum did help with calming the redness down but it wasn&#39;t as effective as using the IUNIK Centella Calming Gel.
- This serum applies on beautifully. It doesn&#39;t leave a sticky and tacky feel  and goes on smoothly onto damp skin.

What I don&#39;t like 🌱
- I wish there was a larger version of this.

- 10% Tea Tree Leaf Water: Soothing
- Niacinamide: many benefits! Iunik highlights its brightening properties in this cream.
- Adenosine: Revitalizing and anti-wrinkle care.
- Many more magical ingredients. This forumula is chef&#39;s kiss.

What I liked 🌱
- It&#39;s hard to find moisturisers that my skin can tolerate and boy was this a golden find. This cream works beautifully onto my skin and leaves me moisturised throughout the day.  I love how this moisturiser isn&#39;t a &#39;hit or miss&#39; in the sense where sometimes applying too much leaves your skin tacky and sticky and not applying enough leaves your skin dehydrated. This cream doesn&#39;t work that way, making it a perfect fit for me to mix it with my favourite facial oils for a moisturiser-oil hybrid.  
- This moisturiser is absolutely BOMB on days when my skin is RED AF from damaging my skin barrier and when my skin needs from blemish care from a breakout. Essentially, this cream is my &quot;safe and repair&quot; cream which I run to when all things go wrong.

I absolutely love cream textured cleansers so I was really excited to try this. However, this cleanser WAS SLIGHTLY STRIPPING FOR ME. I tend to use a lot of product when it comes to cleansers but for this, it&#39;s best to not overuse it as it can be stripping.

What i like about this was it&#39;s cleansing efficacy! This was able to remove my light makeup, SPF, and even my waterproof eye makeup. it&#39;s non-irritating, decently priced, and made my skin feel soft after each use.

Its lightweight and might not be moisturising for dry skin pals. It also contains fragrance so be wary! Another concern I have is that it doesnt come with a spatula so it might be a bit unsanitary after dipping your fingers inside.

Just finished using this product. Love how it’s so light weight and easily absorbant! After using it, my skin feels moisturised and glowy :-) love the scent too!

Has a very “sunscreen” smell which I don’t like. Makes my skin a bit greasy after awhile.  The product doesn’t absorb easily onto the skin and just slides around, need to tap it in to absorb it or leave it to absorb on its on. Best to wait 10-20mins after application to wear ur mask.

My first innisfree suncare product. Initially bought this because I needed a waterproof sunscreen. What I like about it is that it still stays on after contact with water and leaves minimal white cast! Also gives a slight dewy effect.
