Tracking number says product was delivered,  but I never recieved it.  I've emailed Picky Support with no response and filled in the Google form saying I haven't received it. However,  I keep getting emails saying my review is past due and that I'll be blacklisted soon. What do I do?

What to do if product never arrives?

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Support?  Their email address is now bouncing back.  I've been trying to connect with someones for weeks.  At first I got the auto reply saying someone will email me back... then nothing after several more emails from me.  Today,  I got a bounce back saying Support email support@gopicky.com is no longer found.

This is a really fabulous, light-lotion, facial sunscreen that provides an ample SPF 50 and extreme hydration without any white cast.  This formulation delivers photostable, broad-spectrum protection via UVA and UVB filters combined with antioxidants. Hyaluronic acid ensures 48-hour skin-plumping hydration and moisture barrier support.  I love that this is lightweight, non-greasy, fragrance-free, and paraben-free.  It applies and absorbs very easily with no tackiness afterfeel. Instructions say to apply generously 15min before sun exposure and to repeat every 2 hours. Not water -resistant. Great for daily wear. 

Wish it were just a bit thicker on consistency

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.  This is a lightweight serum to improve/prevent fine lines,  pores, sebum, firmness, tone, and texture.  I use it after cleansing; 3 pumps are perfect for my face and neck. I wish it were a tad thicker in consistency from a handling perspective,  but it does hydrate and soothe well.  No scent and no tackiness. Great for sensitive skin.  Works wonderfully under all my other beauty products and makeup.

The sugar scrub is not harsh at all,  but due provide the perfect exfoliation.  This leaves your skin baby-soft and silky.

I love everything about the Exuviance Age Reverse Day Repair with SPF 30 and Retinol -- from the packaging to the consistency to the effectiveness.  First, the tube dispenser with pump is so smart.  It keeps air from getting in so the product doesn't lose effectiveness (think when you open a bottle of juice; it's going to expire sooner than if you didn't open it) -- love that it can stand up, too.  Next, I love that this absorbs so well and didn't leave any white cast or shiny, greasy look.  And of course, the SPF protection and repair is awesome. I have used this daily through the summer and I honestly think it's provided excellent protection against the So. Cal sun as well helped improve my skin texture and complexion (thanks to triple antioxidants, peptides, retinol, and neoglucosamine). This is the perfect day moisturizer to pair with the Exuviance Performance Peel AP25 (used at night). Using them both has my skin looking fabulous this summer.
