I just bought this CosRX Balancium Cream mist and it's interesting that when I open the cap, it leads to a metal seal underneath. Do other mists have this unrefillable feature?

I'm planning to purchase the Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Cream Mist and based on the bottle, I think they have the same metal seal underneath

I think it depends on the container, but I really like the tube that Benton uses for its Airfit Sunscreen that I have. I am planning to buy the Vita Sunscreen from Quick FX which has a big container of around 200 mL. It is impractical to carry around and the nozzle splurges too much product. 

Would it be okay to wash the empty tube of Benton and put the new sunscreen inside? Or would the container leach chemicals into my sunscreen?

Also should I use a syringe to transfer the new sunscreen?
