i have these bumps on my forehead and they nvr seem to go away😭 
right now im using cerave SA reneweing cleanser at night. and use the Paula’s Choice exfoiliant once every week. and i just started using Cosrx snail musin and ending with a Cerave moisturizing lotion 

i used to do the Paula’s choice exfoiliant EVERYDAY coz they said daily😤 and it broke me out (obviously). so i stopped using it and waited for it to heal on its own. now im using it again once a week.

are there any recommendations for bumps like this? i live in singapore so its really humid.
