I have heard mixed answers on this one, can these ingredients actually be combined?

Can you really mix vitamin c and niacinamide?

Beautiful pigment more opaque vs 30% so if you want fuller coverage I would opt for 70%. High shine non sticky unique yet beautiful formula. These glosses exceeded my expectations

So hydrating love the texture thick non sticky very cushiony feel on the lips this has replaced all my other more expensive lip masks

Had to google ingredients because they were not in English is only con!
