Centellian Collab Issue????

I just got this email saying my product had been shipped even though I havent actually ordered it. Is this a bug or did they just ship it based on my inputed details?? Did anyone else get this email?

It has a bit of fragrance that people may not like

It made my skin look and feeel extremely hydrated and the texture was perfect and glides onto my skin easily.

The cleanser does slightly burn when it comes into contact with your eyes.

I have dry skin and this cleanser IS LITERALLY PERFECT. It cleanses extremely well and leaves my face feeling very fresh while not stripping moisture away. It foams up very easily and is relatively affordable.

It was just a bit too heavy for me and the spatula didnt fit into the actual container.

It felt extremely hydrating and made my skin look really. It also came with a spatula which was nice and had a decent scent.

It was incredibly gradual but results were visible as seen in the images attached (2 is before and 3, 4 are in the weeks after)

Noticeably smoothed out my skin texture over the course of a month. Pretty much completely fragrance free. The toner itself is quite liquidy and light which is nice. 

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this cream
