Hi everyone,

I need some help regarding the Centellian24 x YesStyle campaign. I was selected as a winner, and I received an email from Picky to claim my product. However, when I went to YesStyle to claim it, it showed that the product had already been claimed.

After that, I received another email from the Picky team saying that my product had been shipped. But since then, I haven’t received any updates at all. It’s been almost a month now, and I still don’t know where the product is or what I should do.

I also tried contacting Picky support via email and helpline, but I didn’t get any response. Meanwhile, I keep receiving emails asking me to complete the event with the product. Even today, I got an email saying I need to submit my content within one week, otherwise I might lose the event and even reduce my chances for future campaigns.

I’m really confused because I don’t even have the product. How can I complete the event without it?

Has anyone else faced something similar? Please guide me on what I should do. I would really appreciate your help.
