Has anyone tried layering Niacinamide and Vitamin C serums?

I just have some concern. I won the I’m from giveaway licorice calming cream, however up until now I still haven’t received it. The deadline for submission of reviews for the product was on September but since delivery of the product still hasn’t arrive I couldn’t submit such review.  
Am I the only one who still hasn’t receive the product? I’m really worried because I already received a notice that I will be ineligible to join giveaway events if I still don’t submit my overdue review!

This is so lightweight on my skin, not sticky at all!! I have been using this for four months straight. My favorite toner so far 🥹
I won this one in a giveaway and surely I’ll continue using this one.
My oily skin is loving this, it makes my skin look healthier and hydrated. I never had any break out.
I love this toner so much!

Just don’t put too much because the consistency is quite thick.


Moisturizing, hydrating and did improved my skin elasticity!!!
I use this in the morning after toner and before  sunscreen! It works well on my oily acne prone skin. 

I feel sometimes that it didn&#39;t gave me enough hydration, I feel my skin kinda tight.

At first, I didn&#39;t like it because I thought it is the one that&#39;s giving me tiny bumps, but I still give it another shot. As time goes by it became one of my most repurchased products. It&#39;s very lightweight for me. It easily settle down on my skin. I&#39;m very comfortable wearing this both day and night. 
For my oily skin, it didn&#39;t help me reduce my sebum production (well, they don&#39;t have any claims for that) but it is good so far.

Definitely a HOLY GRAIL!!
Very hydrating toner, very mild and has a lot of skin benefits. 
Non-sticky, very watery and I could actually layer it twice without feeling heavy.
I didn&#39;t had any breakout with this, it actually helps to calm my skin when I have some active pimples. 
This is my favourite toner so far ❤️

It has bit strong smell - not so bothering tho. It just smells like COSRX morning gel cleanser.

I didn&#39;t had a breakout - fortunately it get along with my skin because most of the reviews here are negative.
It&#39;s not so drying for me, I don&#39;t feel my skin getting tight after use. Been using it for 6 months already and still loving it ❤️
