Not very good when used alone, could be overly stripping for someone with dry skin.

Been using this for abour six years after my dermotologist recommended it, absolutely love it. When my skin was having bad reactions to other products, I’d considered switching (thinking it was overly stripping) until I learned this is apparently very similar to a Cerave cleanser. Stuck through it and no regrets.

First use: terrible allergic reaction. Didn’t bother patch testing, since I’ve never reacted like this to a product. Once my skin calmed down (after using hydrocortisone directly on my face), I tested and didn’t react. Regardless of my inital reaction, not worth the price point, since it barely does anything for my skin. I’ll finish the bottle, but wow I’m contemplating a return.

Calms skin a little and almost acts as a moisturizer substitute if your sunscreen is thicker&#47;more moisturizing.

But my skin can’t stand it. When I originally tried it, I’d mixed in a little of my Ordinary Niacinamide&#47;Zinc drips and thought that was what irritated my skin...until I used it plain and *still* had stinging&#47;pain. Currently using it up as a body lotion, cause I don’t waste.

Be careful aout using this properly and not in a routine with too many actives. It can definately having a bleaching effect on towelsc which is not the biggest issue for me, but it that might be for other people.

I was recommended this product by my dermologoist to use along with my clindamycin medication. It helps keep my non-hormonal ance under control without being too irritating or stripping.

I’ve been told there is some whitecast to this. Since my skin is pretty pale, I cannot attest to this, but definately something to keep in mind.

I attend college in a humid environment, so most of my skincare is built around lightweight hydration. My hometown is in a very dry place though, so my routine definitely needed some changes when I cane back for the summer. This product had come up as a dupe for the Paula’s Choice Youth Extending Sunscreen, but a bit more moisturizing. So far, I’m really enjoying it. Some other products from this brand have been irriating, but no issues so far. Not even a weird smell or eye stinging!
