I have already emailed customer service but my picky product never came in the mail when I check the tracking number and the link that picky sent it just says arriving late it not like it says delivered or anything. it has been delayed. Am I still going to get penalties even though it isn't my fault?

Product never came

So ive been trying to contact customer service since a few months ago because a product arrived late and i ddint want to get a penalty i did everything i was supposed after it came late but i still got i guess penalize for it. Now I cant even open the customer service tab because it says unavailable what do I do?😭

Trouble with reaching picky customer service

Recently what I've been doing lately is applying my face creams , retinol,moisturizers, serums then applying a sheet mask on top and I've woken up with best skin I've ever had. I want to note that I'm not applying like 12 different products I'd keep it to 3-6 depending on sensitivity!

Haven't been able to apply to campaigns on top of that haven't won anything since they delivered my package late and I had emailed a week earlier I live in Chicago and it got delayed in korea I dont think they removed my penalty. I have emailed them but I get the same generated email or no help at all😕🥲

If you don't like fall out this product might not be for you, it is very minimal though and I personally don't mind!

This product is amazing if you are more on the cool tone side. The formula is smooth and soft I would say that the highlighter is smooth and creamy it glides on its more of a shimmery highlight the contours are great I find a lot of contours now are more like bronzers like orangy. This is a true contour it shades the face almost naturally because it's more grey brown !

I've already finished THREE SHADES. normally it takes a while for me to hit pan but this is them most perfect blush for any occasion that I used it everyday. If your want a full beat , dewy look, or just blush and mascara! It's extremely buildable and saturated but still has that jelly look it not only that it has skin care ingredients in it! Im waiting for it to come in the mail because I no longer have the empty pans so I will update this later! 

Personally this product is great for me I am someone with combination sensitive skin. But some people may find the formula thick it depends on preference.

I live thsi product because its soothing, antiacne, antioxidant, and antibacterial .overall I personally isn't smell anything strong just a light scent of tea tree oil. It removes everything in one go so it's good for those who don't feel they need to double cleanse and it doesn't leave a greasy feeling at all! It also promotes collagen because contains ingredients that help your skin to combat collagen damaging molecules. It's great for all skin types especially sensitive and those starting out or growing their skin care journey!





the only thing I would like to note that some people may not like is that it does leave a bit of oily resadu on your hands but it does absorb extremely well on the skin, i would recommend this more to leave overnight

 This is also done by its high concentration of TECA, thats derived from the Centella Asiatica plant which has many beneficial properties like it's ability to soothe, heal, and regenerate the skin. 



INOTHING is wrong with this product it depends on preference because it is not waterproof nor is it advertised as that a i know a lot of people would prefer that i personally don't mind!

I love this mascara it gives like this almost manga lashes look. it makes them look fuller and a lot longer and in my expierian atleasy  it is really easy to remove sometimes a little harder later but cleansing oil does remove it. I see this as a good thing I live in chicago so when it rains it rains and it didn't even smudge!
