Watching a tiktok today and a dermatologist said “ if you double cleanse ,there is no need for a toner because the toner is supposed to pickup the leftover dirt that just cleansers  can’t pick up and if you’re double cleansing your skin is clean enough “ 

I thought toners was for balancing pH so what’s happening?

Are toners necessary ?

Am I grateful to benzoyl peroxide ? Yes ! 
Never thought I’d share these but here we are . I made a post yesterday on a platform concerning benzoyl Peroxide and Chemical exfoliant and it made me realize how much it did for me . 

Benzoyl peroxide works to treat and prevent acne by killing bacteria underneath the skin, as well as helping the pores shed dead skin cells and excess sebum (oil). 

How to use benzoyl peroxide gel?

The amount of gel you need to use is sometimes measured in fingertip units. This is the amount you can squeeze onto the end of your finger.

As a general rule, a fingertip unit of gel is enough to treat an area that's twice the size of the palm of your hand.

If you need to treat your whole face, use a strip of gel 2.5cm long each time.

Wash your hands.
Wash the affected area with a mild skin cleanser and water.
Gently pat your skin dry.
Put a thin layer of gel on all the affected areas.
Wash your hands again.

BENZOYL PEROXIDE!!!

I’ve heard /read it somewhere that cleansing oils are actually  suitable for acne prone skin due to skin science  . And my brain tends to disagree .

I can’t find anything bad about this product Tbh I loved it .

This is a really good fragrance free and volumizing tinting eyelash serum …I love how much the effect is whenever it is applied to lashes . The shape of the wand bristles also makes application very very easy . 

There isn’t anything specifically bad about this product .

The Biore UV Aqua rich sunscreen is a very good sunscreen that aids easy application . It’s is a very light sunscreen hence can be reapplied effortlessly ,it is lightweight and a little moisturizing , almost instantly disappears into the skin . 

There is nothing bad about this product I just want it in a bigger size if it’s possible .

I started using this serum three weeks ago and all I can say is I’m in love with it .The long active lash serum boosts lash health ,it’s is non irritating and the best part ? It’s Vegan ! I love it so so so much it doesn’t really feel heavy /oily too .

If overused or used improperly it may cause purging or other side effects 

The panoxy acne treatment wash is a very good product that’s helps to kill bacteria causing acne in the skin . It’s a very good wash and has no fragrance .
