The texture is not that thick but it does feels heavy on the skin after applying tho. Furthermore, it claims to be “Matte and Fresh”, but after i apply it on my face, it becomes greasy unless i set it with a no-sebum powder. But after a few hours my face becomes greasy again. Not my fave

My all time holy grail toner 💕 Been using this for two years now and it gives great hydration for my skin. I sometimes use this as a mist to keep my skin hydrated.
