hi all, I’ve been struggling with acne/post acne marks for a while. been using products available in my local drugstore such as Panoxyl cream and even mission bean essence which do not aggravate my skin but do not help it either. 

Scheduled a visit to the dermatologist but the nearest available date is next year 😭 Should I use Differin in the mean time? Heard it’s good but drying and causes purging.
