Vitamin D is one of the best vitamins for your skin. Although we are told to limit exposure to the sun's harmful uv rays and wear protective sunscreen but the sun 🌞 is the best source of vitamin D.  Daily recommended requirements is 600ui and higher for some individuals. Just 10- 15 minutes  of daily exposure in Sping and Summer provides our daily requirements. In Fall and winter it is good increase your daily requirements because we tend to hibernate.  I use supplements in winter that provides ~ 1000ui per dose.

The balm has a rich texture, thicker than a cream but lighter than an ointment. Great texture for applying over a large area. Perfect combination of a cream and an ointment.  See the video for application. The balm can be used by everyone from babies to seniors and applied all over your body. 

It provides 48 hours  hydration. I have been using during the winter months for dry skin at bedtime and during the day. Love that it does not feel heavy/ greasy or oily on my skin. If you are prone to eczema with itchy skin this is the product for you.
