How long do you guys wait in between skincare steps? I give it 30 seconds to 2 minutes but I don't know if that's enough time for the skincare to absorb!

I always struggle finding sheet masks that fit my face or aren't soaked in sooo much essence that it takes forever for my face to absorb the product. Do you guys have any recommendations? I'm not particular about the skin concern - hydrating, soothing, brightening anything is fine. I just wanna be a sheet mask girlie 😣

I usually order my Korean skincare from YesStyle or Amazon but stylevana has some amazing prices for Mother's Day and I know it's a reputable place to order skincare. However, it's my first time ordering from there and I took a big risk by ordering around 15 items. Has anyone had any bad experiences with Stylevana? How long does it normally take to receive your order? I'm based in the US for reference. I'm aware I should've asked this before ordering, oops :')

How long to receive Stylevana order?

10% niacinamide concentration might be irritating to some people so be aware of that, but I had no issues. The finish is beautiful but I don't like how my skin kinda feels sticky after. When I layer other skincare on top it doesn't pill at all so I can deal with the stickiness if it means good results! 

This is my favorite hyperpigmentation by far! It started fading my old stubborn hyperpigmentation in just 2 weeks and I can't wait to see how my skin will look after I finish the bottle. I also love the glass skin finish this serum leaves, it's so gorgeous and natural. 

The only issue I find with this product is the price. It’s $25 on pretty much all websites and I don’t think Tirtir goes on sale often. Other than that, this product is perfect all-around. 

If you are interested in trying Tirtir products, then this is a great product to start with as it’s suitable for all skin types. The tirtir SOS serum is truly my miracle, all-in-one, glass skin, holy grail product, and I do not throw out the holy grail term lightly. This deeply hydrates dehydrated skin, soothes irritated blemish-prone skin, and repairs a damaged skin barrier. It has a stacked ingredient list that appeals to several different skin concerns, making this a versatile product.

The star ingredient of this product is polyglutamic acid, which holds 10x more water than hyaluronic acid, meaning this delivers super intense hydration deep into the skin. It also contains several soothing ingredients such as witch hazel extract, green tea leaf extract, rosemary leaf extract, centella asiatica extract, licorice root extract, panthenol, willow bark extract and more. It’s also formulated with skin identical ingredients such as arginine, squalane, and sodium hyaluronate, which will strengthen the skin barrier.

Ingredients aside, the packaging of this product, as well as all tirtir products, is simple, minimalist, and sleek, making it a wonderful addition to the vanity display. The metallic cap is a nice touch and I love how all tirtir products incorporate a metallic component in the packaging, making the branding cohesive. As of now, the product is only available in one size, 50 ml, however the tirtir beginner kit, also called the glow trial kit, has a sample sos serum at 10 ml, along with 3 other star products. 

I love how this product feels on my skin and the user experience is top tier. It provides an immediate cooling and calming effect and my skin instantly feels more refreshed and hydrated. I reach for this product when my skin is dull and dehydrated, and it does an amazing job of rejuvenating my skin, making it look more healthy and dewy.

The texture of this product is not too thick and not too thin, it’s the ideal viscosity making it suitable to use day or night. It’s the perfect hydrating serum to use in your skin prep routine for makeup as it leaves a glowy, glass skin finish with no sticky residue. It also layers wonderfully with my other morning skincare and there’s absolutely no pilling, especially under makeup!

When I wake up with an angry zit, I make sure to use this in my morning skincare, and the breakout will either be completely gone or greatly reduced by night time! I also love using this product as a pick me up after a night of drinking as my skin gets extremely dehydrated from the alcohol. It brings back the life and hydration into my skin. 

Overall, the Tirtir SOS serum is holy grail status for me and I’ll keep recommending it to people of all skin types and skin concerns. I hope to be able to try more Tirtir serums in the future. Their niacinamide serum, vitamin c serum, and the ceramic milk ampoule have piqued my interest!

I have had no negative reactions to this product, but it's important to note that the texture might feel too heavy for oily skin types. Additionally, some people may react poorly to fermented ingredients, so it's crucial to patch test!

If you’re interested in exploring probiotics in skincare, then this product is for you. Every time my skin barrier is compromised I reach for this product. The skin1004 Madagascar Centella probio-cica intensive ampoule offers deep nourishment with a complex of fermented cica (centella asiatica), ceramides, betaine, allantoin, and panthenol. Fermented cica has actually been shown to be 30% more effective than regular cica, so if you are looking for the benefits of centella asiatica, you will definitely find it with this product. 

The product boasts a simple ingredient list with only 8 ingredients, making this suitable for people with sensitive skin. The star ingredients are fermented cica of course, cica, and ceramides but it’s additionally formulated with betaine, allantoin, and panthenol. Based on the ingredient list as well as the texture of the product (which I will get into later), I would recommend this to people with dryer skin types and acne-prone skin. 

The packaging itself sold me: it’s elegant, minimalist, and aesthetically pleasing. I love having it on display on my vanity ! It comes in 2 sizes, the regular 50 ml and the jumbo version which is 95 ml (I will definitely be purchasing the jumbo when I run out.) 

The actual product application experience feels so luxurious and soothing to my skin. I usually use this product when my skin is breaking out, red, itchy, and irritated so the application is super important to me. I don’t want products to sting my skin, which is a common symptom of a damaged skin barrier. This product gives me a cooling, soothing sensation that feels very therapeutic.

The texture is pretty milky and viscous, so this is strictly a night time product for me because I don’t prefer using thick serums in the morning. However, when I’m getting ready for a night out, this product layers wonderfully under makeup, with no pilling, and gives me a glowy, radiant base. I only need 2-3 drops to cover my entire face and one drop for my neck.

This serum is usually the last step in my night time skincare routine before moisturizer. I make sure to use a barrier repairing moisturizer to seal everything in. I let everything absorb and go to bed and I wake up with healthy, plump, bouncy skin! When my skin barrier is severely compromised it only takes 3-4 days max for it to be completely healed, thanks to this product.

Overall, I give skin1004’s probio-cica ampoule a 5/5! The packaging, product contents, user experience, price, and results are all amazing and I will continue recommending and repurchasing this product! I would also love to try out the rest of the probio-cica line.

I really have nothing negative to say about this product except for the fact that Mediheal never has any sales 😭 I want to restock on this but I'm waiting for the price to go down. 

I love how this toner pad soothes active blemishes on my skin and how it also hydrates and fades fresh post acne marks. I love using these on my cheeks nose and chin as a sheet mask and then I squeeze out the excess essence and put it on my face after. 

The packaging needs to be handled very carefully since it’s glass, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The amount of product may also be too much, as it can expire before you’re finished with it. 

The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella ampoule is a kbeauty cult classic for a reason. A simple, one ingredient concentrated ampoule, this does an amazing job at soothing inflammation and repairing a damaged skin barrier.

The star ingredient (and only ingredient) is the famous centella asiatica extract. This plant is known for its healing and repairing properties and this specific product is formulated in a way to be effective for all skin types. Boasting a simple ingredient list, this ampoule is my savior when my skin is angry, irritated, and red. The entire brand is founded on this ingredient and all the product offerings incorporate centella asiatica that is sourced from Madagascar.

I love the packaging of this product, but it definitely needs to be handled carefully if you’re a clumsy person. It’s a large glass bottle with a dropper and when you turn the bottle around, you can see beautiful imagery of a desert through the glass. It contains 100 ml of product and the consistency of the product is so thin that it will last you a very very long time. 

I feel an instant soothing sensation when I apply this product, and due to how lightweight it is, I love using it morning and night. The ampoule layers very well under other skincare and I’ve never experienced any pilling with this product. I’ve had no adverse reactions to this product, but if you are sensitive or allergic to centella asiatica, definitely do not try this product. 

I love the experience of using this product; I can use several drops on my face and it doesn’t leave a residue or a sticky finish. It’s also fast absorbing; I timed how long it took for the product to fully absorb into my skin and it was less than 2 minutes. The ampoule is not viscous at all; it’s super lightweight, almost water like and it takes around 6 drops to cover my entire face. That may sound like a lot, but it’s so lightweight and there’s also so much quantity that you will never finish the product if you only use 2-3 drops.  It doesn’t leave any oily finish and my face looks glowy immediately after application. 

This product is my savior for when my skin is angry, irritated, breaking out, and damaged. It pairs well with chemical exfoliating acids, retinoids/retinols, and any intense skin treatment. People who love minimalist skincare will love how simple and effective this product is, plus it’s comes at a great value. Centella asiatica is known for its wound healing properties, soothing irritated skin and a damaged skin barrier. 

The Skin1004 Madagascar Centella ampoule has made its way into my holy grail list and it’s there to stay. It’s a versatile, multi-purpose product since it can target several skin concerns and works for people with all skin types, including sensitive skin. I am so impressed with this product and the probiotic-cica ampoule that I ordered 11 Skin1004 products for my collection.
