It irritate and stings my skin so much. I have healthy skin barrier but this toner somewhat did compromised it.

Contains 77.78% rice extract for elasticity care by preventing water loss, eliminating dead skin cells, and moisturizing the skin. It’s fragrance-free and essential oil-free, making it suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin. The toner has a milky texture with a runny consistency and a good slippery feel that quickly absorbs into my skin. It doesn’t leave me with a sticky or greasy feeling but rather moisturized and soft skin, but every time I use it, it makes my skin itchy 💔 This toner also contains Niacinamide, which aids in brightening; however, I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in brightening after using it on a regular basis.

If you don’t like fragrance, avoid this. But for me, i like it.

It’s a foam but became watery once in contact with skin; howeveer it’s not easily absorbed. It also leaves a sticky feeling, which is uncomfy. Despite its claim as a hydrating product, it doesn’t hydrate my skin well. I only applied this to my neck because I was afraid it might irritate my skin due to its fragrance.
