Hey guys! I need your advice please. I want to purchase a vitamin c serum but it’s been difficult choosing the right one for me. I have dark combination skin with spots and hyperpigmentation. I love a skincare find that is reasonably priced and works effectively. Which Asian or Western vitamin C serum do you recommend? <3

To me it can be a bit tacky/sticky. Price point for amount could be less. 

Edit: I live in a tropical climate; currently it’s very hot and I sweat a lot. I have noticed that after applying it becomes white in the areas that mix with perspiration however it does NOT leave a white cast! 

Another popular product I purchased from Yesstyle at a cost of $9.59 USD. It has a creamy texture and mild fragrance that is pleasant and not overpowering. It is easy to apply to skin; may be easier to apply over freshly cleaned skin than moisturized skin because of it’s creamy hydrating consistency. It can substitute your moisturizer. The ingredients as we all know are great like aloe extract 55,000 ppm. Great for soothing irritated skin. 

I haven’t found anything I dislike about this product. I will definitely be repurchasing. 

I purchased this product from yesstyle at a reasonable price of $6.06 USD. It has a light weight texture that makes it easy to apply without feeling tacky or greasy, giving a nice subtle glow while hydrating the skin. Doesn’t have any fragrance nor does it burn my skin or around my eyes. I would advise however with all sunscreens be careful how you apply them close to your eyes to prevent irritation etc. in terms of it’s ingredients my research shows that it has anti-acne, antioxidant and skin brightening properties to name a few. 

Edit: Can’t believe I forgot to add but for the dark skin ladies, absolutely leaves no white cast!! 

There wasn’t anything bad. I just think for the size and the price point, they didn’t coincide. But I guess anything good is worth what you pay for 

I really liked that even though it was a runny/watery product , it surprisingly moisturized my skin. It caused no irritation and didn’t require much each use. The “nozzle” at the top of the bottle that realeased the product was efficient so it didn’t run/ waste. 

I have nothing bad to say about the product. 

This product is soothing and calming as it states in its name. I think it’s perfect for oily skin types, due to its lightweight formula that absorbs quickly into your skin without any irritation. For me, I had to follow up with a thicker moisturizer- so keep that in mind if you struggle with drying of your skin. It’s also unscented which is a plus. The ingredients are great! I purchased it from Yesstyle. 

My only issue was that it was a bit drying. So follow up with a moisturizer immediately or don’t use too much bat a time because it lathers really well. 

I used the pink one to this product that is the senka perfect whip face wash collagen in. It did the job of cleansing well, giving that clean feel and I only had to use a little at a time. So this product will definitely stretch for a long while. It is unscented. 

Ps. There is now a renewed version. At the time I was using the older one. Maybe this new formulation is better?
