I honestly can't find anything wrong with this product. It worked well on my skin and is something I use often. 

First of all I won this through Picky, so thank you Picky and Purito.
Packaging is nice, tube is soft enough to squeeze all the product out as you get to the end. The gel is a nice rich consistency withought being thick and sticky. Applies well and feels very nice on the skin. I've never used a face mask with this texture that wasn't a peel off mask, so I was expecting it to dry and tighten. This stays wet and works into the skin. Rinses off very easily and my face was left feeling soft and moisturised. There is a faint scent  in the product and it smells fresh but not heavy. 
I used this at night and my skin was feeling great before I applied my night creams. I really like using this and have been looking at other products by Purito. Recommended this!

Honestly, the only bad thing about it is that I finished the product so quickly. I really don't have a bad thing to say.

I was given a tester of this last year and it is the best primer I have used. I love the feeling , its almost like silk on your skin,nice and light and gives an even base.

I don't think there is anything bad with the product at all. 

Packaging is clean and fresh looking card box with the small bottle inside. I was surprised to find the bottle was plastic as most serums I have are glass bottles. The product is lovely, it has a slight gel feel to it. Applies nicely and absorbs well with no sticky residue. There is also no smell to this at all. I use this in the morning before using my primer and applying make up and it's the last thing I apply at night. I really like how smooth this makes my skin feel. 
I also think it's reasonable priced as well. Definitely worth trying. 

I don't think it's fair to say the product is bad as I didn't buy this myself it just didn't suit me. 

I am not the biggest fan of this. I did like the idea of a mist toner, quite nice coverage, but it felt like a cooling spray rather than a toner. 
I personally did not like the smell, it didn't give me a fresh feeling. I think  it honestly just didn't agree with my skin type. I was gifted this whi h is why I ried it, but wouldn't have bought this for myself. 

The only thing that bothered me is not the product itself, but the lid. It's a screw top lid that opens to a small pin sized hole where you squeeze out a fine jet of product. I just wish it was a flip open lid you can flip with your thumb and squeeze out. It's very petty and makes no difference to the product at all, it's the only thing I would have changed. 

I love this!! I recently got back into wearing make up daily, brows and mascara are always the issue when it comes to removing make up. I use this with reusable pads so I can throw them in the washing machine. 
This product really is great. Cuts through, brow pencil, pomade and black mascara with ease. And you don't find you are scrubbing your face to get things moved. I was sceptical about 0% greasy residue as you can see their is a layer of oil in the bottle, but honestly my face is left feeling soft with no greasy feeling. This is my go too make up remover.
