I never really understood this purpose. I saw my colleagues use in the office during summer on top of their make up. 

I got a couple of bottles/can becuase I bought other AVene products and it came as a gift. But how/when do you even use it? 

I use it after I cleanse then toner etc. How else though?

How do you layer Spring Water?!

I have been using retinol for quite some time but I want to have something stronger hence tretinoin...can I use retinol say 5-6x a week then tretinoin 1x a week? Any suggestions please.

Can l use retinol and tretinoin simultaneously?

I’m still learning about Azelaic acid and seems it has a different features and benefits like  anti-acne, helps w/ scars and such. 

not sure when I can include it on my routine? i already use vitamin C, BHA and Vit A. where can I include Azelaic Acid in my routine or do I swap it with Vit C? :)

It is my second brand of retinol and loving this product. One capsule is enough for the face and neck too! I’ve a dry/normal skin so the serum/oily kind of texture works well for me; it just glides smoothly when applied to the skin. 

I have been using this for around 8 years or more. It has a list of good ingredients and I think it has been effective. I am 40 and no wrinkles so far! 

This has been a great discovery for me. I didn’t realize that the previous essence I was using has even alochol in it! This one though, came from South Korea (they know their skin care very well). It has a short list of ingredients and that is the way to go, short and effective. The root extract has anti-oxidant to fight off free radicals and arginine which prolongs life span and/or stimulates collagen.

It has a beautiful fatty water feel and absorbs fast too. I use it as an extra layer (not really essential) when I use BHA or Vit C. For me it  works well to have an extra layer to hydrate my skin. 



It has a sticky feel but for few minutes only.

I bought it because it has good reviews from doctors. It has good minerals from the volcanic water and most specially or has hyaluronic acid as one of its active ingredient. 

It has a short list of ingredients which is great. I use this after either applying BHA or Vit C during day time. I apply sunblock after this Or if I am feeling extra I apply another mousturizer as this can be used as a serum or a moisturizer.
