So, I have seen a lot of videos about the benefits of slugging so I gave it a try a few times. I ended up getting a lot of milia near my eye and cheekbone area :( Some of them got darker from sun exposure. 

I would really appreciate your input/advice on what products worked for you if you had milia. I heard it does go away after consistent use of retinol/exfoliating products. Feel free to tell me about your experience (how you got them & how long it took to remove them)

I have been hearing about the brand Good molecules for a while now. Has anyone tried their products before? Please do share your experience with this brand. 

I'm especially intrigued about their vitamin C powder (less susceptible to oxidation compared to the liquid form)

[Brand] Good molecules

Nothing bad per se, but one limitation is that it is not multi-functional, it only hydrates skin. 

• Good for sensitive skin 
• Does NOT contain fragrance, alcohol, esssntial oils
• Very hydrating without feeling heavy on skin
• Absorbs fast


- Contains alcohol and fragrance
- Stings my eyes after a couple of minutes/hours
- Can be a bit drying (best suited for oily to normal skin)


- No white cast
- Matte finish
- Absorbs quickly; does not feel sticky after application
- Affordable price
- Works well under make-up
- No pilling, therefore can be easily re-applied during the day

● May not provide enough hydration, especially in winter
● Skin feels a bit sticky when applied in thick layers, but once it's fully absorbed, it's fine


● Light texture (good for summer)
● Gel consistency, like aloe vera - cooling effect on skin
● Soothing & calming (redness diminished after 5 days of consistent use)
● Good for my sensitive skin
● Absorbs quickly
● Hydrating

Dislikes:
Can be too stripping when skin is dehydrated

Conclusion: It is an ideal cleanser for people with oily skin & clogged pores due to its salicylic acid content. I would mostly use it for the hot & humid days than during the cold & dry season.

Sensitive skin-friendly; no irritation after use
Skin doesn’t feel tight after washing

Removes excess oil & cleanses skin well (cleared up some blackheads)

Interesting ingredient list (Salicylic acid, Lactobacillus ferment filtrate, rosemary and tea tree leaf extract, apple amino acids, dandelion leaf extract, Bifida ferment)




Not really a fan of the pump due to the limited amount it dispenses in one pump. (Not a dealbreaker) 

No white cast

Easy to blend

Does not leave skin greasy & sticky
