I have dry hands and every time the weather is cold my hand is so dry that it causes sores. What is a good brand of hand cream that can be used?

I have a dark area behind my knee. First it looks like a sore that is red and itchy. When I applied moisturizing cream and took care of moisturizing lotion, the itching and redness disappeared but until now it has been dark, maybe you have an idea for me to whiten it. it's a bit sensitive so I don't want to put strong whitening products

I dont know if this is the same product i use but its actually good. It foams well with a tiny amount, has a nice smell without being over powering, and doesn't dry out my skin. It comes out like a cream, but foams and cleans really well.

It glides on super smoothly, doesn't leave a slimy or tacky feeling after use (unlike some snail mucin products), and even leaves a nice cooling sensation that immediately refreshes me after a tough day. Bonus: it smells really fresh, too!

This lotions is very rich and emollient, yet don't feel heavy and thick on the skin. Even on a scorching hot day, i can wear these lotions without worrying about it caking in my skin.

Bad about this product? Hmm.  i think its because of the price if you dont have enough money to maintain your skin care, you can't buy it. 😅
