I can't believe I was picked as one of the Early Bird Winners in the Picky x Skin1004 Giveaway 🎉 I completely was not expecting this. How about y'all? Were you a winner? Did anyone win the toner or were they just doing the ampoule today? If you have sensitive skin, please be wary of trying the JantBlanc Cica Essential Sheet Mask. I just tried it for the first time and it burned my skin and left my face very red and irritated even after removing it and rinsing the essence off of my skin. Just thought I should post this so maybe I could save someone else the pain.

Caution

I'm not trying to be gross, but can someone please tell me what this is that is clogging up my pores? I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of them but nothing works. If you can give give me any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Again, sorry for the gross up close picture of my clogged pores.

I have been using this product for a few months now and have experienced no bad effects or qualities.

I love the light citrus scent of this balm. It just smells so clean and refreshing. This was the first cleansing balm I have tried and I love the texture - it is so creamy and smooth! My face always feels clean but not stripped afterwards. It is a great start to my double cleanse.

I have experienced no bad effects from this product so far.

The Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner from Paula’s Choice has ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and evening primrose oil to hydrate and help strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier. It also contains antioxidants to help with signs of environmental damage and fine lines and wrinkles. It is alcohol-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, allergen-free, fragrance-free, cruelty-free, and pregnancy-safe. 

Claims:
✔Reinforces skin barrier
❓Improves signs of sun damage 
❓Reduces appearance of fine lines
✔Hydrates
✔Increases firmness
❓Improves uneven skin tone

My experience:
This toner has a very light, miky texture. It can be applied with a cotton pad or with your hands. Personally, I prefer to use a cotton pad to apply this product. It is very hydrating and my skin loves the feel of it - especially after double cleansing. I have been using this toner as part of a more basic, hydrating routine to work on repairing my skin barrier and I would definitely say that it has helped in that regard. It is a very soothing and non-irritating product and is well suited for sensitive skin. However, I have not seen many anti-aging benefits from this toner. While I have seen some improvement in the firmness of my skin, I can’t say that it has helped with my fine lines or hyperpigmentation. Maybe I just haven’t been using the product for a long enough period of time, but it has been about 4 weeks since I added this toner to my routine.

I honestly have not experienced any bad effects or qualities with this product.

I suffer from terrible insomnia and year-round allergies so I pretty much always have dark circles under my eyes. This Tula eye balm makes it look as if I have just slept a full 8 hours and woken up fully refreshed and ready to go! The best thing about this balm is that it&#39;s a roll-up stick so there is absolutely no mess and it is perfect for travel. I keep mine in my skincare fridge so it is even more cooling and refreshing. Applying it cold also helps with puffiness. I love that this balm includes probiotic extracts because probiotics can help calm irritation. (*As a side note: it does not contain live cultures)

While the moisturizer does not contain any artificial fragrances, it has a light scent to it that is similar to my fish oil capsules (ie. not pleasant). I have to hold my breath while I apply the cream or it turns my stomach. I assume this scent is from the snail mucin since the cream contains so much of it. However, I will say that I have an extremely sensitive nose (and stomach) so the scent may not be detectable to others. I still wanted to make a note of it though just incase anyone else experiences the same thing.

This moisturizer has skin strengthening ingredients like mugwort, ginkgo, and rosehip. It also has 58% Snail Secretion Filtrate and 9.8% Centella Asiatica Leaf Water. It is sulfate free, paraben free, fragrance free, alcohol free, cruelty free, and pregnancy safe.

My experience:
The texture of the cream is very smooth and, oddly enough, stretchy. I’m assuming it is due to the snail mucin, but when rubbed between your fingers the cream will stretch from one finger to the other. It takes very little product to cover my entire face, so the bottle should last a while. Almost immediately after application my skin looks plump and hydrated. The cream does not take long to absorb and, once it does, my skin is left feeling incredibly soft. There is no tacky feeling or residue left after application. This cream is very lightweight and works well with my oily skin. I have been using this cream for a few weeks and I have definitely seen some brightening effects and I would say that it has helped my skin texture and skin barrier. It really has helped with some irritation I have been experiencing with my skin. However, I have not seen any anti-aging benefits from it yet.

It does have fragrance in it so it may irritate your skin if you are very sensitive to products that contain fragrances.

The DW-EGF Cream Limited Plus from Easydew is perfect if you are looking for a nice soothing product to help repair your skin barrier. It is thick, but absorbs fully without being overly heavy or sticky like some products. It has a nice refreshing citrus scent that is very pleasant and not at all overwhelming. It works very well for dry, sensitive skin and keeps your skin moisturized for quite a while without needing to reapply. It is also is helpful for those who have acne and any minor signs of aging on the skin. Definitely would recommend giving this product a try!
