Nice and simple packaging. Very inexpensive. However, this product did not work for me. I have acne prone combination skin and after using this for only 4 days I broke out in loads of red angry spots. I had the spots in areas of my face I never usually do so I stopped using this straight away and went back to my old moisturiser. Since I’ve stopped using it I haven’t had any spots.

I&#39;m not sure if it&#39;s fair to call this one of my holy grail products if I&#39;ve never used another exfoliant to compare it to.... but therein lies the reason. I&#39;ve never found it necessary to use a different exfoliant. It only takes a small amount, so the tube lasts a while- I only use it once or twice a week on my combination skin and it never dries me out. There&#39;s a weird pleasure in feeling the pilling collagen under my fingers while I massage my face. Leaves my skin feeling fresh and cleansed and ready for toner. I&#39;ve been using this for four or five years now, and will continue until I die, I guess.

Fun exfoliating scrub, though I think the best part is psychological—no I’m not feeling crud pill up on my face: that’s the cellulose in the mix. Still, it’s doing a great job balancing scrub&#47;gentle when I feel I could use that extra bit of exfoliation. I especially like that I can manage to get above my upper lip under my nose without feeling like I’ve overdone or damaged any sensitive areas. 

I also like that I think this tube will last some time considering how little I need to use each time.

I use this cleanser every day and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin tone within the first few weeks. My skin looks so much brighter and the redness in my cheeks has gone away. No more permanent blush for me! Great smell, nice lather, and your skin is feeling squeaky clean after every use

The exfoliators can irritate your skin especially if you have very sensitive skin.
It really dries out the skin after use which may cause flaking.



Moving forward I will continue to use it. The thing about acne is, if you slack on your skincare, you may find yourself right back where you began. I still get a pimple or two here and there. So I have learned to keep my hands away so I do not pop them and keeping up with my Neutrogena Acne Wash routine.   I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something to clear the acne. However, keep in mind that different products behave differently on different people.

It is oil-free which is something you need for an acne product.
It has gentle exfoliators which are great since they remove the dead skin on your face.
The foaming scrub contains Salicylic Acid a great ingredient for acne treatment.
It smells amazing. So good you can eat it. (Of course you should not)
You only use a pea-sized amount so it will last you a while.

Wasn&#39;t bad for me because I found my skin very soft and glowy right after and the morning

It has a very nice light scent, and gauze has 2 sides with different textures, great for sensitive skin and those who want some abrasion. The formula is very gentle, especially for everyday use. I found my skin very soft and glowy right after and the morning after. 

In the evening I will cleanse my skin and rub the gauze side of the pad all over my face, wait 3-4 minutes (usually brush my teeth during this time) and after I will rub the soft side of the pad again all over my face then proceed to wash my face with warm water. I found that my skin was softer with warm water compared to the cool water. 

I have used other chemical peels and this one is definitely on the more mild side and its really good for people with sensitive skin. I do have acne scars and sun spots and while this is a great chemical peel, Its not strong for me personally. 

I have repurchase the same neogen bio-peel but the lemon one instead of wine due to the brightening agents the lemon one contains.
