If anyone can tell which  one of ordinary Is good for brightening the overall complexion  from personal experience? I also have tan and am using niaciamide for 1.5 month 
1 alpha arbutin
2azelic acid
3ascorbic glucoside

Brightening

Cleanser=neutregena hydro boost 
Moisturiser =simple replenishing
Serum=ordinary niaciamide (using this for 1 month but cant see any benefit.. I guess These little red bumps are causes by this..is it purging?) 
Eye serum =ordinary caffeine (using this for 6 month but didnt work at all)
Toner=acwell toner (used THIS for 1 month i loved it)
Sunscreen =missha aqua sun gel(only when go out)
Exfoliator =wishtrend mandelic acid(3 times a week)(yesterday i used niaciamide after it and next morning i saw red mark like chemical burn)
 gonna add hada labo whitening lotion 

Now what gonna do?i also want to add something for brightening 
(Red bumps cant be seen clearly in the picture)

Can anyone suggest something for KP under eye and nose area that actually works?i use a mild exfoliator (mandelic acid) twice a week..also i tried to use neutregena salycilic Cleanser(yellow one) but it didnt suit me perheps salicylic Doesnt suit ne..i have a combination skin
