Hi folks , just signed for the fedx box of my picky reward for it to only have stickers and no product. Has anyone else on this picky reward campaign had a similar issue where they forgot to ship the product?

Missing picky centellian reward

There is a plastic stopper when you open the jar which I found hard to remove . 

The smell while not in pleasant is quite strong and this may be off putting to some people

It is a lightweight texture that is not greasy and is easy to apply to the skin
It absorbs easily into the skin and leaves skin moisturised
It contains natural ingredients and collagen which is good for the skin 
Also widely available 

As it said it was a mask I  thought it was a face mask to leave on and then wash of the skin. Took me to read the instructions on the packaging to see you didn’t wash it off your face. 

This product is easy to use and absorbs easily into the skin. The texture of the product is good and lightweight formula.  It is not greasy and does not leave a residue on the skin. The smell of the product is pleasant. The packaging makes it easy to squeeze out the product.

Great naturalskincare which has won the korean essence award and tackles 5 skincare concerns. This product has a Lovely smell and the pump makes it easy to use. Serum easily absorbs into the skin Will definitely purchase.
