What the best cleansing oils / balms you guys have tried for sensitive skin ? Something not too pricey around $20 bucks ?

Similar to my last post about toner pads I have similar questions about toner mists. 
1. Best toner mist for 
-sensitive skin 
-combo skin type (dry skin with oily t zone) 
-hyper pigmentation 
- moisturizing 
- over all a good refresh spray that has skin benefits 
And 
2. In what step of your routine should u use it 
Morning or night ? 
Before or after toners & serums ?

Toner mist.

I have recently been flooded on my social of the the use of toner pads and want your guys help on answering a few questions I have about them ? Like.. 
1. Best toner pads for 
-sensitive skin 
-combinations skin type (really dry with oily t zone)
-breakouts 
-hyper pigmentation 
- large pores / textured 

And also 
2.When in routine should you use them 
Morning or night ? 
Before liquid toners and serum or after ?

Toner pads.

At time it can be a bit to drying or overly stripping but I feel it does that when my skin is really dehydrated 

Amazing thick lather , doesn’t irrate my sensitive skin  

Honestly I didn’t find anything bad with this product 

Loveeee this product has a water gel like texture nice cool feeling and you can literally feel you skin soaking up the product and it leave your skin feel hydrated and plump 

Since it is a lighter / less potent than vitamin C I will take longer in lighting your dark spot but it worth it not burn or irritating my skin

Really nice product a good substitute for vitamin C which tend to be too strong for sensitive skin types like me. Minimize my dark spot there not completely gone but I’m confident that they will clear up completely. And has a fresh cooling lightweight feel to it 😊 

It’s takes using almost the entire tube just to see a slight change. If your looking for fast results (fast to me is like a little over a week) this isn’t for you. I’m sure you could find something to help you improve your dark circles faster. And it tend to leave a slight tacky / sticky feeling as it drys down.

Honestly it’s ok. It’s not bad but not great either. I did see a slight lightening in dark circle. Feels nice cooling and hydrating and very affordable also around $6 US dollars 

For a foam cleanser it’s a pretty light foam. Did strip my skin a bit but that could also be my dry skin 

Update : it’s been almost a month since first using this product & the more I used it the more I hated it. 
Although it did lather ok. I just couldn’t get over the scent it had an almost hand soap / public restroom scent 😣. Also if my skin was dry this would just make it 2x worse. I gave this before a 4 but sadly I would give it Maybe 2.5 to be generous 😔😕

Was gifted .. honestly not a bad product pretty basic cleanser not irritating no scent
