Hello! Which ingredients should I avoid in my skincare products if I have psoriasis? Thank you

So I recently bought the AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner by Cosrx but I am confused about how often I should use it because some reviews I read say that it should be used daily and others say that no more than 2 times x week. What should I do?

How often should I use this toner?

The first days of using it I noticed that some spots on my skin got really dry and kinda scaly (I have combo skin). The following days, after using the cleanser I just applied a thicker layer of moisturizer and I did not longer experience dryness.

My skin has improved so much  since I started using this cleanser; it looks brighter and softer. You can instantly see a difference on your skin after you wash it off. It really feels like it does its job.
