So, I was thinking of starting skin cycling, with adapalene as my retinoid of choice. I have not used adapalene before, not have I used any other retinoid before. Could I start with skin cycling right away, or should I avoid it until my skin has gone under the retinization process? My skin is not particularly sensitive nor dry, though i do sometimes experience irritation on my cheeks.

What are your favorite liquid/serum texture chemical or hybrid sunscreens? I prefer the lightweight texture for my oily skin but the only one I know of is the La Roche Posay liquid sunscreens. I'd like to know some other (preferably more affordable) options.

So, I have been using adapalene for around 5 months now. For a while, I used it with no sort of purging or anything of the sort, and I saw my acne greatly improving. However, I started getting a little too heavyhanded with it and my skin started to become irritated. I ended up taking a break from it (around a week) until my skin became less red and irritated. However, now, upon resuming use of it, my acne appears to be getting worse again. Is it possible to start purging if resuming use of a retinoid after taking a break from it?

I'm looking to start using AHA's, but I don't want to stop using BHA, as it's very important for me for fighting acne. So I want to start using a product with AHA and BHA, but most products I can find have glycolic acid, which I'm concerned may irritate my relatively sensitive skin. Are there any AHA+BHA products that have Lactic Acid or some other gentler form of AHA instead of Glycolic?

Products with Lactic & Salicylic Acid?

The only complaint i have is that there is a bit of a sanitary concern as you have to use your fingers. This isn't too much of a problem for me as I'm already quite sanitary of a person but it may be for some.

I had seen this product reccommended for oily skin so I decided to try it. I absolutely LOVE how lightweight it feels, it isn't greasy or anything at all. Absolutely in love with this moisturizer.

The strong smell may be unpleasant for some.

Not bad! It blended into my skin easily and didn't feel greasy at all. Nice for reapplication as long as you have a way to wash your hands beforehand.

This product irritated my skin and made me feel very oily.

I was so excited to try this product, actually. A vitamin C serum with Niacinamide sounded like a dream come true.
