i just started with the accutane treatment (isotretinoin) and i had some questions 

- can i use retinol? my face is really itchy and sensitive with the product. it used to be oily and mildly sensitive before

- what retinol derivative is better for acne? retinal? product recommendations for this? 

- hydrating cream recommendations? 

- spf creams recommendations?

Acutane (isotretinoin) is a harsh prescribed treatment to treat acne. I’m undecided between taking it or waiting until my hormones relax??? 

I’ve already taken it once around 5 years ago, and I know how DRYYY the skin gets. 

What products do you recommend for extremely dry face when on acutane??

Honestly nothing, it’s a really good cream.

I love it, it was recommended by my oharamacist, who is a skincare expert, and she recommends this literslly to everyone who asks. Any type of skin. Its fluid, non greasy, and really hydrating. (I have oily skin.) There are two types (gel - for oily skin, and cream - for dryer skins.

My face is oily and this seems like a light weight cream, but leaves the skin a bit oily later on. I bought the whole pack (cleanser, toner, cream, spot treatment) and I did not love it… its deffo worth a try but right now I’m just using it so it finishes soon. Didn’t really clear my acne.

Works like wonders. Foams a lot and smells like toothpaste but the menthol feels SUPER refreshing and it cleans my skin very very well. When i have more acne i leave it for longer, honestly, holy grail product

Its the best toner i’ve ever had. Controls sebum, refreshes my face and with it has a perfect concentration of azelaic acid to not be too harsh but have an effect.
