I have been posting discussions about products to use after rejuvenating and stuff like that. Haha So I just want to share my journey. I recently had breakouts due to severe stress. I tried to use a Rejuvinating product from Her Skin 7 days, it was painful but worth it. So after a month of using it, I started to look for some products that will help my skin heal since it became really dry and flaky. I started using the Commonlabs vit. B ampoule which is super hydrating. I use it once a day everyday for 1 week. Lol I researched today about proper use of ampoule and it says that u should only use twice a week, depends but definitely not everyday. Hahaha It healed up my skin super fas,t no more dryness. I’m abstaining from the ampoule now and just started using the toner and calming cream once a day for my daily routine. I just had my monthly period and to my surprise, I only had 1 pimple and was totally gone after few days. Maybe using the ampoule daily helped my skin recover but I’m glad I found out about the proper way to use it before it did something wrong to my skin. Haha

Skin recovery after Rejuvenating

Hi Pickies! I have been using a rejuvenating product for a month now and I’m slowly abstaining. My acnes were gone but my skin feels dry and flaky. I think there are still some parts that are still peeling, it feels rough. I stopped using the exfoliating cream and toner and just used the soap since it says that you should only do it for a month. I’m planning to use a milder cleanser and an ampoule with Panthenol. Would that be a good idea?
I’m from the Philippines and before rejuvinating, I have a sensitive, oily, acne prone skin.

Hi Pickies! Reaching out to those people who used commonlabs or prolly same products. I want to be very serious with my skin care routine so I just want to ask for help. After using a gentle cleanser, toner and ampoule, would the light cream come next? I mean how can I also do a proper AM and PM routine. Haha Will I use them all wether AM or PM?
