my skin barrier is damaged after i use purito centella unscented serum

I just use around 2-3 weeks and my skin
start to feel very uncomfortably tight
on my cheek and my t zone become oily but feel tight and uncomfortable 

I dont know maybe the peptide is too strong for my skin? now i just cleanse and moisturize, moisturize and moisturize. 

I use illiyoon ceramide gel for my barrier but its seem not enough.

 someone help recommend something that will help my oily sensitive with damaged barrier skin,

I'm looking for something that hydrate and soothing my angry skin😭

I'm actually thinking to buy new product for my very dry, dehydrated rough and scaly skin due to damage skin barrier could you guys recommend me several product that is  something hydrating which include panthenol, sodium hyaluronate/&hyaluronic acid & allantoin to soothe, soften and hydrate rough scaly skin. It's very hard for me to pick just any cause bear in mind  that i also have sensitive acne prone skin. 😓 Thinking to buy wether this two. Is it worth it or do you guys have better recommendation?

The worst i bought it and got home doing some research and voila it has alcohol at the top ingr and i&#39;m not using it waste money and effort
